Nar Phu Trek is remote area trekking which is untouched by modern world and popular trekking destination in Annapurna conservation area of Nepal. its know as hidden valley trek which was discover around 1971 by the people from chame manang. When local peole found barley roots are flooding in river they will follow the sources of water finally they found the hidden tibetean heritage village nar and phu. slowely its start to connect with the rest of the world. The Nar Phu Valley trek only opened in 2003 for tourist. Nar phu trek is challenging trek with narrow trial, basic food and accomodation, remote communities, traditional way of life undisturbe relegious side,stuning rock formation and glaciers. Nar phu valley is famous for iys own charm of buddist relegions, monestry, mountain view and untouch lifestyle in mountain with modern lifestyle. Annapurna II (7937m), Gangapura (7455m) and Tilicho Peak (7134m) are visible from kang la pass top.

Itinerary

Day 01- Pick up from airport and drop in hotel Kathmandu

Day 02- Prepair the permit and get ready the backpack

Day 03– Drive by private car from Kathmandu to Besisahar and take a jeep to Koto (2,610m)

Day 04 - Trek from Koto to Meta(3,560m)

Day 05- Trek from Meta to phu village (4,250m)

Day 06 - Acclimatization day in Phu village. Hike to himlung base camp (4,540m) or roam around village and visit the monestry in Phu village.

Day 07- Trek to Nar phedi and stay overnight in monestry

Day 08- Trek to Naar village and explore the traditionally tibetan village

Day 09- Trek to Kangla phedi and stay in camp

Day 10- Cross to Kangla pass (5,322m.) and trek to Nagwal

Day 11- Take a jeep from Nagwal to Besisahar and stay overnight

Day 12 - Drive back to Kathmandu by private car 

Day 13- Drop to airport for your flight
