A moment to be out of the crowd, activated in 3 days with walking and climbing and using nature to connect with your inner self.
You will go with a private car together with your guide and yoga teacher. We have a lunch before we start climbing to Makanpur. It is 2 kilometers away, your guide is the expert who explains the way of life of Nepalese people. Makanpur is an old village with many empty houses. Many people have moved from this village to Pokhara. Some home stays where we spend the night are made of clay and make you feel like you are a local for a moment. You put on your easy-fitting clothes to follow an easy flow yoga session based on ashtanga yoga, from a certified teacher. Take a powerful shower and prepare yourself for a delicious homemade dish. Time to go to sleep.
Open your eyes, get out of your bed and start the day by feeding your energy channels with fresh air! After a yoga exercise and your breakfast it is a steep climb of 9 kilometers to Panchase Bhanjang. The mountain station with a great mountian view, the Annapurna series. With a meditation in the evening you can close your eyes with minimal sounds around you, only from nature. In the morning there is a sunrise exercise before we descend to Kande.
