Gosaikunda Lake Trek

Gosaikunda lake is located in Langtang National Park which is located North from Kathmandu. Gosaikunda is high altitued freshwater lake nearby Kathmandu which is famous holy lake belong to Hindu relegion. Thousand of people visit Gosaikunda Lake during cotton threat changing festivels during fullmooon in monsoon season. Gosaikunda Lake trek start from Dhunche which begins by following the Trishuli river upstream through pastures and forests of pine, bamboo and rhododendron. Gosaikunda Lake is located 4380m from sealevel. It recommended for every one, with(out) trekking experience. The hight of Lauribinayak pass is 4610m from sealevel.

Day 03 – Trek from Dhunche to Chandanbari (3330m)

Day 04 – Trek from Chandanbari to Gosaikunda (43800m)

Day 05 – Trek from Gosaikunda to Ghopte (3430m)

Day 06 – Trek from Ghopte to Melamchigaon (2530m)

Day 07 – Drive from Melamchigaon to Kathmandu by private jeep
