Rock climbing has recently gained popularity in Kathmandu thanks to the natural and majestic rock faces within the valley. The numerous natural climbing sites in Kathmandu are suitable for all kinds of climbers ranging from beginners to experts.discription As the country of Himalayas, climbing is synonymous with Nepal. While mountaineering is its history, rock and wall climbing are much more recent in that respect but very quickly gaining ground. Nepal and even Kathmandu have amazing natural climbing sites for those used to outdoor climbing and even some climbing walls that go up to grade 7c that will help hone climbing skills. For those with little or no experience, there are plenty of places to learn and get used to climbing and bouldering. Drive to Nagarjung then walk west from the bus stop the Vishnumati stream through terraced fields and enters the Shivapuri Nagarjung National park. The granite faces here lie scattered about, and the big cliff in the center is equipped with a single route.Itinerary10:30 AM: Our Vehicle and climber guide will pickup at your hotel and 35 minuets drive to Nagarjung Hill. Spend the whole day rock climb then drive back in to hotel in the evening
